Maison B Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)

Article 1 – Prices and Payment Terms for Reservations
1.1 – Any person making a reservation for a service on the Spabooker website represents that they are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, or have parental consent.

1.2 – The prices listed on the website are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. They reflect the rates in effect at the time of booking and are subject to change at any time without notice.

1.3 – All reservations made on the website must be paid for immediately by credit card or any other payment method offered at the time of booking.

Article 2 – Online Payment
2.1 – We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and any other payment methods specifically listed on the website.

2.2 – Online payments are secured by a specialized service provider. All banking information is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and is never visible to or stored by Maison B.

2.3 – If the bank declines the payment, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the customer will be notified by email.

Article 3 – Confirmation of the Reservation
3.1 – The customer declares that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation before confirming their reservation.

3.2 – Confirmation of payment constitutes final acceptance of the reservation.

3.3 – A confirmation email is sent to the customer summarizing the services booked, the total price, and the terms and conditions.

Article 4 – Cancellation and Modification
4.1 – All requests for cancellation or modification must be submitted by email to moments@drburgener.com.

4.2 – Cancellation and refund policies will be provided at the time of booking and vary depending on the service selected.

4.3 – In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond Maison B’s control, Maison B reserves the right to cancel or postpone a service, notifying the customer as soon as possible.

Article 5 – Personal Data
5.1 – Personal data collected during the booking process is strictly confidential and processed in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation (LPD).

5.2 – Maison B agrees never to disclose this information to third parties for commercial purposes.

5.3 – Customers may request that their data be modified or deleted at any time by writing to moments@drburgener.com.

Article 6 – Liability of
6.1 – The advice, information, or recommendations provided on the website or during the provision of services do not constitute a medical diagnosis under any circumstances.

6.2 – The services offered by Maison B are designed to promote well-being and relaxation. Their effectiveness depends on the client’s individual circumstances.

6.3 – If you have any health concerns or questions, we recommend that you consult a healthcare professional before making a reservation.

6.4 – Maison B shall not be held liable for any improper use of the services or advice provided.

Article 7 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 – These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.

7.2 – The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne (VD).

7.3 – In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
