Preparing for her visit
1. Reservation
Treatments and services must be booked in advance by phone, email, or through our website. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or text message from Maison B, and a reminder will be sent via text message 48 hours before your appointment. To ensure your slot is reserved, please arrive at the scheduled time. Any delay may result in a shorter treatment time, with no possibility of a refund.
2. Cancellation and Changes
Any cancellation or change must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance) or no-shows may be charged 50% of the cost of the booked treatment. Maison B. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment in the event of force majeure or facility maintenance.
3. Arrival
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment so we can prepare for your session. Late arrivals may have their session shortened to ensure we can accommodate subsequent appointments.
4. Attire and Hygiene
Robes, towels, and accessories are provided by Maison B. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for treatments. For hygiene and safety reasons, non-slip shoes are required in certain areas or when using certain equipment.
5. Behavior and Safety
Maison B. reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone whose behavior is inappropriate or poses a safety risk to other guests. Treatments are tailored to your health condition. Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions or allergies. The use of cell phones or electronic devices is discouraged in the relaxation areas to preserve the peaceful atmosphere.
6. Liability
Maison B. assumes no liability for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Treatments are performed by qualified professionals, but no treatment is a substitute for medical advice.
7. Payment
Payment for treatments must be made before or immediately after the service, in cash or by card, depending on the available options. Maison B. gift cards or vouchers must be presented before the treatment and cannot be exchanged for cash.
